5th Class were presented with their certificates after competing in the Intel Mini Scoentist Competition in November. The children created fabulous group projects investigating different areas within the science curriculum. 5th class sought to answer difficult questions like: Why do we sound different on video?, Does smell affect taste?, Can plants grow from reflected light?, Do heavier objects fall faster than lighter objects?, How do our lungs work?, Can different sounds make people feel different emotions?, and How do wind turbines work?. The Intel Mini Scientist judges were very impressed with the projects that 5th class investigated and created. Well done 5th class!
